The Board of Directors, via your property management with Towne
Properties, has directed our company to notify residents that we will be
cleaning all gutters within your community on June 1st - 2nd, 2020.
We will be blowing out all debris in the gutters and checking downspouts
for clogs. You do not need to move any furniture or be at home for this
work; however please note that we will clear any gutter or roof debris that
may fall onto your walkways or decks. If there is a lot of furniture currently
on your deck, we will do our best to work around it. If you have a locking
gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service date or we may not be
able to fully access your unit.
