New for 2023:

Coupon books for the monthly HOA payments will no longer be automatically mailed to all residents as in the past. Many residents are paying the assessments electronically so are not using the coupon books. This will save the Association money as only residents who request a coupon book for the monthly payments will be sent one. The HOA will continue to cover the cost of the coupon books for those residents that request one.

**YOU MUST OPT IN VIA THE COMMUNITY CAFE SITE TO RECEIVE A COUPON BOOK**. Coupons books will not be automatically sent to you and you must have an email on file to access Community Café.

Community Café

Towne Properties Community Café is our homeowner online portal. To register for the first time, or to make a payment, you must have an email on file to visit the Towne Properties website (www.TowneProperties.com) and choose Login, then HOA/COA Login. The first time you register, the “Registration Code” will be your 7-digit account number, which starts with a "t" and can be found on your payment coupon. Once you are registered, you can make one-time payments via e-check or credit card, set up recurring payments (applicable 3rd party fees will apply based on payment type), or view your personal account information such as account ledger, architectural applications, violation letters, and much more!

Please note payments via e-check will direct you to the Alliance Bank Site https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home. You will need to provide the following information, located on your coupon, to register: Mgmt. ID (6883), your 4-digit Assoc ID (7822), and 7-digit Account No. (starts with a “t”).

Auto Pay through Alliance ($.95 fee per transaction)

Credit / Debit Card via Community Cafe~
$3.95 fee for Debit ($0-$999.99)
$4.95 fee for Debit ($999.99-$1,999.99)
$9.95 fee for Debit ($1,999.99 and up)
$2.5% fee for Credit

Bill-Pay

Recurring or one-time payment via your personal bank account. Please include Mgmt. ID (6883), your 4-digit Assoc ID (7822), and 7-digit Account No. (starts with a “t”) located on your coupon as the account number. These payments should be mailed to:
